RigaShoot services are provided by SIA “Latvijas Praktiskās Šaušanas Centrs”, registration No. 40103643291, VAT No. LV40103643291. Registered and visit address: Džūkstes iela 6A, Rīga, LV-1004, Latvia. Email: rigashoot@gmail.com. Phone: +371 20285722.
These terms apply to shooting visits, the purchase and redemption of gift certificates, and the practical shooting course. Gift certificates are also subject to the Gift Certificate Terms. These terms do not restrict consumers’ statutory rights.
Choose a ready-made plan or build a custom programme before ordering. Each plan is for one participant and cannot be shared between people. Paid extra shots can be added to a ready-made plan.
The minimum custom programme value is €70 per participant. Select at least five shots for each chosen firearm, then increase the quantity one shot at a time. The ready-made Small Plan costs €50 per participant; two such plans cost €100.
The order summary shows the final price in euros, including applicable taxes. Your programme, participant count, visit date, time and amount payable are shown before payment. Additional services are added only with your agreement.
We use the email address and phone number in your order for service-related communication. You are responsible for entering correct details. If confirmation does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact us without paying again.
Data processing information: https://www.rigashoot.lv/en/legal#privacy. These terms do not exclude the company’s statutory liability for harm or a service that does not conform to the contract. Accepting safety rules is not a general waiver of claims.
The terms in force when the purchase is made apply to that purchase. A later version does not, by itself, change an existing contract. Latvian law applies, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections applicable to you.
Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution: https://www.rigashoot.lv/en/legal#complaints. Nothing in these terms limits your right to apply to a competent court.
Before confirming, check and, if necessary, correct the programme, participants, time, name, phone number and email. Acceptance of the terms is required to place an order. It is not consent to receive advertising.
Online payments are processed by Stripe. By clicking the button specifying the payment and amount, you proceed with an order carrying an obligation to pay that amount. Opening the payment window alone does not mean payment has succeeded or the booking is confirmed.
Your chosen time is not held while you complete the form or pay. Online bookings are confirmed after successful payment and a final availability check. Gift certificate bookings require successful certificate verification, payment of any difference and booking confirmation.
If your chosen time is unavailable after payment, the order is referred to the operator. Do not pay again: we will contact you to arrange another time or a refund if a suitable time cannot be provided. A Stripe payment receipt does not replace RigaShoot booking confirmation.
A manual booking separately agreed with the operator may involve a deposit and a balance paid on site. The total price, amount received and outstanding balance shown in the confirmation apply.
If at least 24 hours remain before your visit, contact RigaShoot to request rescheduling or a refund. Rescheduling is subject to agreed availability. Email rigashoot@gmail.com with your booking number and preferred solution; for urgent matters call +371 20285722.
For cancellation or rescheduling requested less than 24 hours before the booked start time, or if you do not attend, RigaShoot’s booking policy does not provide a refund or free rescheduling, except for individually agreed written exceptions and cases required by law. Any amount retained must comply with consumer protection requirements, including proportionality.
The 24-hour period is measured before the booked start time in Latvian local time (Europe/Riga). Send requests to rigashoot@gmail.com; the time we receive your request, not the operator’s reply time, determines whether it is timely. For example, for a Saturday visit at 15:00, a request received on Friday at 15:00 is timely.
If RigaShoot cancels the service, we offer another agreed time or a refund for the service not provided if another time is unsuitable for you.
This 24-hour rule is the company’s booking policy. It does not replace or restrict statutory withdrawal rights, rights relating to non-conforming services or other mandatory consumer rights. Details: https://www.rigashoot.lv/en/legal#withdrawal.
Shooting is available by prior booking only, under an instructor’s supervision and following a mandatory safety briefing. Bring a passport or national identity card. A driving licence is not a substitute.
Participants must be sober; shooting under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants is prohibited. Use the specified eye and hearing protection. The instructor’s safety directions are mandatory. Participation may be stopped or refused if it creates a danger or safety rules are not followed. Payment consequences are assessed according to the circumstances and mandatory law.
Adults may select plans appropriate to age and safety requirements. Participants aged 16–17 attend with a parent or guardian; those aged 12–15 use the Small Caliber Plan with a parent or guardian present. Use of any specific firearm always depends on applicable law and the instructor’s assessment. Children under 12 do not participate in shooting. The practical shooting course is for adults aged 18 and over only.
Arrive approximately 5–10 minutes early. Being late does not automatically extend the booked time. Contact RigaShoot immediately if delayed. Accompanying people remain in the safe area designated by the instructor. Photography and filming must not compromise safety; follow the instructor’s directions and respect others’ rights.

Issuer: SIA “Latvijas Praktiskās Šaušanas Centrs” (RigaShoot), registration No. 40103643291, VAT No. LV40103643291. Džūkstes iela 6A, Rīga, LV-1004, Latvia. rigashoot@gmail.com, +371 20285722.
Online, you can buy a monetary-value certificate from €70 in €5 increments or a certificate for an offered ready-made shooting plan. Check your selection, price and email before payment. Stripe processes payment. After payment is confirmed, the electronic certificate is prepared and sent to the buyer’s email. If it does not arrive, check spam and contact us without purchasing again.
Buying a certificate does not itself reserve a shooting date or time.
A new certificate is valid for six months from purchase. The precise expiry date is shown on the certificate or in its status check. Older RigaShoot certificates retain their individually specified expiry dates; the new general period does not automatically extend them.
Check your certificate’s validity in good time. To request an extension, email rigashoot@gmail.com before the stated expiry date, including the certificate number. For a timely request, RigaShoot may agree a new expiry date free of charge. Extension is not automatic and takes effect only after RigaShoot confirms the new expiry date in writing.
Under RigaShoot’s ordinary policy, certificates are not extended after expiry. Failure to use a certificate within its validity period does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund. This does not restrict mandatory consumer rights, including where the service could not be used because RigaShoot failed to fulfil its obligations.
The time a timely request is received matters, not the operator’s reply time. Certificates purchased earlier are governed by the conditions applicable when purchased; these clarifications do not retrospectively reduce previously granted rights.
Open https://www.rigashoot.lv/booking?lang=en&payment=gift, enter the certificate number and check its status. Earlier RigaShoot certificates with other number formats are also valid if registered and active. Contact RigaShoot if your old card cannot be found.
Choose the programme, participants and time, enter your contact details and complete the booking. Where supported on the website, you may apply multiple RigaShoot certificates. The order value must be at least the total value of the certificates applied. Pay any difference during checkout.
Each certificate is for one visit. Unused value is not carried forward to another visit or paid out in cash. This does not restrict statutory refund rights. The website does not allow confirmation of an order worth less than the applied certificates.
Checking a certificate’s status is not a booking. Booking confirmation is required. Used, refunded or invalid certificates cannot be reused. Bring the certificates applied to the booking and a passport or ID card to your visit.
The certificate code allows its value to be redeemed, so do not publish it and share it only with the intended recipient. Contact RigaShoot immediately if it is lost, sent to the wrong person or you suspect unauthorised use. Replacement or blocking is assessed using purchase details and certificate status; replacement is not automatically guaranteed. This does not exclude the company’s liability where required by law.
Request cancellation or rescheduling of a certificate booking at least 24 hours before the visit. For requests made later or non-attendance, the late-cancellation policy in “Booking”, its exceptions and mandatory consumer protections apply. Free rescheduling or certificate reinstatement is not automatic. Deleting a calendar entry does not itself restore the certificate. The operator checks how rescheduling, reuse or refund should be handled in the particular case.
Withdrawal rights for distance purchases: https://www.rigashoot.lv/en/legal#withdrawal. A redeemed certificate is not unused, but redemption alone does not remove rights preserved by law. Refund entitlement is assessed with regard to service performance and legal requirements.
General and safety terms: https://www.rigashoot.lv/en/legal#terms.

The course costs €400 and is for one participant aged 18 or over. It includes five individual one-hour sessions with an instructor and 250 Glock 17 shots in total, 50 per session.
Buying the course does not reserve a particular session. After purchase, you receive a course number and booking information. Book sessions separately at https://www.rigashoot.lv/course-booking?lang=en using the purchase email and course number. Sessions are recorded in sequence; the operator can assist when needed.
The course is valid for six months from the first session actually attended. The recommendation to complete it in approximately one month is not a separate expiry period and does not mean automatic cancellation after a month.
Request session rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. The operator handles the consequences of late cancellation, lateness or non-attendance and further bookings, taking the circumstances and consumer rights into account. Cancellation of a calendar slot does not automatically refund a session or the whole course.
Applicable withdrawal rights for a distance purchase of the course are described in “Right of Withdrawal”. An ordinary terms checkbox is not a request to start service within the withdrawal period or a waiver of withdrawal rights. Booking one session does not constitute full performance of the whole course.

Service provider: SIA “Latvijas Praktiskās Šaušanas Centrs” (RigaShoot), registration No. 40103643291, VAT No. LV40103643291. Džūkstes iela 6A, Rīga, LV-1004, Latvia. Email: rigashoot@gmail.com; phone: +371 20285722.
A consumer buying an unused gift certificate or practical shooting course remotely without a fixed service date may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, unless a statutory exception applies. If required withdrawal information was not provided, statutory deadlines, including extension rules, apply.
To exercise this right, send an unambiguous statement to rigashoot@gmail.com or our registered address before the deadline. You may use the form below, but it is not mandatory. Keep proof of sending. Please include the order or certificate number, purchase date and buyer’s contact details where possible so we can identify the transaction.
For a valid withdrawal, we refund the amount required by law without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and charge no additional refund fee. A payment provider’s retained fee does not itself justify reducing a statutory consumer refund.
After a refund, the corresponding certificate or unused course entitlement can no longer be used.
Starting service during the withdrawal period requires the consumer’s express request and the information required by law. If these conditions are met and the consumer later withdraws, a proportionate payment for the service already provided may be payable. If the legal conditions are not met, payment cannot be demanded merely because service has started.
Withdrawal rights may be lost after full performance only with the prior express consent and acknowledgement required by law. An ordinary terms checkbox does not replace these acknowledgements. Attending one course session does not fully perform a five-session course. Rights are assessed under the law, not automatically by a booking checkbox.
Section 22.12 of Latvian Cabinet Regulation No. 255 provides an exception to withdrawal rights for leisure services supplied on a specific date or during a specific period. This exception applies to a dated shooting visit insofar as its conditions are met. It must not automatically be applied to every undated certificate or whole-course purchase.
Regardless of that exception, RigaShoot’s policy allows requests for rescheduling or refund at least 24 hours before a visit. For requests made later or non-attendance, the late-cancellation policy and exceptions in “Booking” apply. It does not provide automatic entitlement to a refund or free rescheduling and does not override statutory proportionality requirements. Statutory rights regarding non-conforming or undelivered services remain unaffected.
Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

The controller of your personal data relating to RigaShoot orders is SIA “Latvijas Praktiskās Šaušanas Centrs”, registration No. 40103643291, VAT No. LV40103643291, Džūkstes iela 6A, Rīga, LV-1004, Latvia. For data questions or requests, email rigashoot@gmail.com or call +371 20285722.
Depending on the service, we process names, phone numbers, emails, booking dates and times, programmes, participant counts, comments and customer correspondence. We use booking, certificate or course numbers, payment and refund identifiers, amounts and statuses to process orders. Card details are entered in Stripe’s payment environment; RigaShoot’s order records do not store complete card numbers or security codes.
The website and service providers also process technical data needed for operation and security, such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs. Cookie use and preference management are explained in the Cookies section of this page.
We receive data from you, from someone booking on your behalf and from providers involved in processing the transaction. Please do not enter sensitive information unnecessary for your order in comments.
We process data to take steps before entering a contract and to perform the contract when handling orders, payments, bookings, certificates, courses and their confirmations.
Processing for accounting, tax duties and legitimate official requests is based on a legal obligation.
System security, abuse prevention, transaction evidence and protection of claims are based on our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Where processing relies on consent, it must be freely given and withdrawable. Accepting booking terms is not consent to advertising or to all personal-data processing.
We cannot complete an order without the contact and transaction details needed to fulfil it. Optional comments are not required.
The RigaShoot operator, instructors and people responsible for fulfilling and recording orders access data according to their duties.
Technical services include Tilda for the website, Stripe for payments, Make for workflows, Google Calendar for bookings, Google Sheets for records, Google Drive for documents and certificates, Gmail for emails and PDFMonkey for certificate PDFs. Necessary booking information, including customer contact and order details, is sent to a private Telegram operations group.
Depending on the activity, a provider may process data on our behalf or for independently determined purposes, such as payment security and legal obligations. Using a service does not mean each provider receives all order data.
Data may also be disclosed to accounting providers, legal advisers and competent authorities where needed to fulfil an obligation or exercise a right.
International cloud services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Transfers require an applicable legal mechanism, such as a European Commission adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. For specific recipients, countries, safeguards and how to request copies, email rigashoot@gmail.com.
We retain order data while needed to provide services, manage bookings and correspondence, and administer certificates or courses. Subsequent retention depends on accounting and tax requirements, potential claims, transaction evidence and system protection. When no longer needed, data should be deleted or anonymised. The precise period depends on the data category and legal basis; ask the controller about a particular order.
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Write to rigashoot@gmail.com. We may proportionately verify your identity. GDPR procedures and deadlines apply to requests. Erasure requests do not always permit deletion of data that must be retained for legal obligations or the protection of claims.
If you believe data is processed unlawfully, you may complain to Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate: https://www.dvi.gov.lv.
The system automatically checks booking times, certificate validity and order status and sends service-related notices. If a result appears incorrect, contact the operator for review.
The current policy is available on this page. We update the information when material changes occur. Where a change requires new consent, merely updating this page does not replace it.
