1. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only after full successful payment. Until payment is completed, the selected time remains available to other customers.

In exceptional situations RigaShoot may contact the customer to agree on a different time. If the service cannot be provided at the agreed time, another time or a refund will be offered.

2. Age restrictions

• 18+ — may shoot independently.
• Age 16–17 — may shoot any available weapon, including larger calibers, only when accompanied by a parent. A document confirming the parent-child relationship is required.
• Age 12–15 — may shoot only .22 LR small-caliber weapons, only when accompanied by a parent and with a document confirming the parent-child relationship.

3. Documents and arrival

• Bring a passport or ID.
• We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your start time.
• Participants must be able to follow the instructor’s directions appropriately.

4. Alcohol and safety

• Only sober participants are allowed to shoot.
• All commands and instructions from the instructor must be followed.
• Eye and hearing protection must be used.
• The firearm must always point in a safe direction — toward the target / downrange.
• If safety requirements are violated, the instructor may stop participation.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

If cancellation or rescheduling is requested at least 24 hours before the visit, the booking may be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the visit and no-shows are non-refundable.
